The Performance space Whether an Audience of 7 or 70 the space never seems empty and "boomey", offering just the right amount of life to the live sound. Concert rates: up to 3 hrs - $200

Piano tune $150 ( not usually required as piano is maintained and re-tuned regularly as standard)
Harpsichord available by arrangement with the Early Music Society
Box office staff $35 per hour or to be provided by renter.
Any food or wine $80 cleaning surcharge
